Nigeria Metro is an international marketplace and business networking platform that connects exporters, manufacturers, suppliers, importers, buyers, distributors, trade agents, and service providers between China and the rest of the world, and vice versa.
Nigeria Metro primarily acts as a connecting intermediary, trade facilitator, referral platform, promotional marketplace, and escrow and transaction support facilitator. Except where expressly stated, Nigeria Metro is not the direct manufacturer, seller, owner, or distributor of products listed or promoted on the platform.
2. User Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements, you are at least 18 years old or authorized to represent a business entity, you will use the platform lawfully and responsibly, and you will provide accurate and truthful information during registration and business dealings.
Nigeria Metro reserves the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate memberships where false information, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.

4. Product Listings & Third-Party Content
Products, services, supplier profiles, advertisements, reviews, and business information published on Nigeria Metro may originate from third parties. While we may review, moderate, or selectively promote certain listings, Nigeria Metro does not warrant or guarantee product authenticity, accuracy of descriptions, certifications, merchant claims, pricing accuracy, availability, or merchant performance.
Users acknowledge that reliance on third-party content is done at their own risk.
5. Escrow Services
Nigeria Metro may facilitate escrow-related arrangements between buyers and sellers to assist transaction security. By using escrow services, users acknowledge and agree that Nigeria Metro is not a bank or licensed financial institution unless otherwise stated, escrow services do not eliminate commercial risks, funds may be delayed due to compliance checks, banking procedures, or fraud prevention measures, and Nigeria Metro is not liable for disputes relating to defective products, delivery failures, customs seizures, supplier misconduct, or business losses.
Users are responsible for understanding all transaction terms before proceeding.
6. Foreign Exchange & Payment Support
Nigeria Metro may assist users with foreign exchange processing or international payment coordination through licensed third-party providers. Exchange rates, transfer timelines, processing fees, and regulatory requirements may change without notice and vary by jurisdiction.
Users remain fully responsible for complying with international trade laws, currency regulations, tax obligations, import/export restrictions, anti-money laundering laws, and customs regulations in their respective countries.
7. Membership & Fees
Certain services on Nigeria Metro may require paid membership, subscription fees, advertising fees, escrow processing fees, referral commissions, or promotional service charges. All fees paid to Nigeria Metro are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Nigeria Metro reserves the right to modify pricing, introduce new service charges, suspend services for unpaid accounts, and reject applications or listings without obligation to provide explanation.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users of Nigeria Metro shall not engage in fraud or deceptive conduct, post false or misleading business information, sell counterfeit or prohibited products, violate intellectual property rights, use the platform for illegal trade, transmit malware or harmful software, interfere with platform security or operations, or harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
Nigeria Metro reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, report unlawful conduct to authorities, and cooperate with law enforcement where necessary.
