Our Role as a Marketplace & Trade Facilitator Nigeria Metro serves primarily as a marketplace and connecting medium between: Exporters and manufacturers in China, Importers and distributors from other countries, Businesses seeking trade opportunities between China and global markets. Our platform may also connect exporters from other countries with buyers or distributors within China. While we help facilitate introductions, communication, referrals, trade opportunities, escrow arrangements, and related support services, Nigeria Metro is not the direct manufacturer or owner of most products listed or promoted on the platform unless otherwise clearly stated.

2. Product Listings & Promotions Nigeria Metro may occasionally: Promote selected products, Feature suppliers or manufacturers, Advertise recommended goods and services, Publish product reviews and trade-related information. Product descriptions, specifications, prices, quality claims, certifications, shipping timelines, and availability are supplied by third-party vendors, manufacturers, exporters, distributors, or partners. Although we strive to verify information where reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, or suitability of every product or supplier listed on the platform. Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence before entering into any business transaction.

3. Escrow & Transaction Support To help improve trust and reduce trade risks, Nigeria Metro may provide or facilitate escrow-related services between buyers and sellers. Escrow services are intended to assist parties during commercial transactions however: Nigeria Metro does not guarantee transaction outcomes, We are not liable for losses arising from supplier misconduct, shipping delays, customs issues, product defects, or international trade disputes, Funds processing may be subject to compliance checks, banking regulations, anti-fraud procedures, and international financial laws. All parties using escrow-related services agree to cooperate with verification and compliance requirements where necessary.

4. Membership & Referral Services Nigeria Metro may generate revenue through: Membership subscriptions, Referral commissions, Trade introductions, Advertising partnerships, Escrow facilitation fees, Foreign exchange processing services, Premium promotional services. By registering on our platform, users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly and lawfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships associated with: Fraudulent activity, Misrepresentation, Illegal trade, Spam or deceptive conduct, Abuse of the platform or other users.

Foreign Exchange & Financial Assistance Nigeria Metro may assist users by facilitating access to foreign exchange processing or payment support through third-party financial institutions, partners, or licensed providers. We do not operate as a bank, financial institution, or licensed currency issuer unless explicitly stated. Exchange rates, processing times, fees, regulations, and approval conditions may vary depending on country laws and financial service providers. Users remain responsible for complying with: Local import/export laws, Tax obligations, Currency regulations, Customs duties, International trade compliance requirements.

User Responsibility All users of Nigeria Metro agree: To act in good faith, To comply with applicable local and international laws, Not to engage in illegal trade or prohibited transactions, Not to upload false, misleading, or harmful content, To independently verify suppliers, products, certifications, and business partners before completing transactions. Nigeria Metro shall not be held responsible for disputes arising directly between buyers, sellers, suppliers, manufacturers, shipping agents, or third-party service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability Nigeria Metro acts primarily as an intermediary marketplace and business facilitation platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law: We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability, We do not guarantee profitability or commercial success, We are not liable for indirect, incidental, financial, or consequential losses arising from platform use or international trade transactions, Users engage with suppliers, buyers, and partners at their own commercial discretion and risk.

Intellectual Property & Content All original content, branding, logos, platform design, and materials published by Nigeria Metro remain protected under applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks, product images, supplier logos, and trade names remain the property of their respective owners.
